Sara Knoesters roots have been implanted in GR for most of her life. She is a Alumni of GRCC and GVSU. Sara owns a local certified woman owned business that specializes in inclusive staffing and recruiting. At 24 years old, she founded a business without any knowledge or experience in HR or staffing but did have determination and the will to succeed. Sara is on 3 boards in Grand Rapids, she has won 13 awards and been in 6 publications. Sara has a desire to change the world and make a difference in others life.
Sara has overcome so much in her young life which has all helped form who she is today. Sara took a company with 1 employee in 2012, a net loss of $26,000 in 2013 to an ever growing business employing over 1,500 people over the last 6 years.
