Kim McLaughlin is the Vice President Organizational Development and Engagement at Wolverine Building Group, an ENR Top 400 General Contractor and one of West Michigan’s most respected construction firms. Kim has been with Wolverine since 2018 and currently responsible for marketing, community relations, internal communication and employee engagement, strategic direction and leadership development and core competencies. Prior to Wolverine, Kim was the Vice President of Member and Community Enrichment at the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce and was responsible for the Chamber’s leadership development programs. Kim serves on the Board of Trustees at the Mercy Health Saint Mary’s Foundation, Habitat for Humanity of Kent County and the city of Grand Rapids Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and Economic Development.
