Rachel (Bartels) Gray is the Executive Director for Hello West Michigan, the region’s talent attraction and retention organization. She leads the strategy, operations, and membership for the organization, which promotes West Michigan as a great place to live and work. Previously, Rachel worked as the Program Manager for Hello West Michigan, marketing for Aquinas College Career Services, and as an intern at Celebration! Cinema. She was named Grand Rapids Business Journal 40 Under 40 in 2018.
