With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Michelle Gayari is Executive Director, Global Operations at MMS, a global, leading clinical research organization. On a daily basis, Michelle leads the technical functions globally across four continents, across all therapeutic areas and services, including biostatistics and programming, data science, clinical data management, regulatory, medical writing, clinical trial transparency, clinical development strategy, and quality.
Utilizing a seamless, integrated global team structure, Michelle has been able to maintain a high level of retention among colleagues at MMS, while growing by double-digits annually and consistently increasing service offerings. Prior to Michelle’s tenure at MMS, she spent more than 9 years at Pfizer where she led programming efforts across Phases I-III studies for all indications of Lyrica® and several other neuroscience compound submissions as Associate Director. Additionally, Michelle is a CDISC Gold member and an invited speaker at many forums, including RAPS and DIA.
As a leader, Michelle is acutely focused on recognizing the strength of a talented team and encouraging enthusiasm, curiosity, and drive for successful regulatory submissions. Michelle believes that the talented individuals at MMS are one of the main drivers behind continual growth.
