A national e-commerce garden center was experiencing slipping sales. From 2013 to 2014, revenues were down overall by almost 18%. In particular, five geographies were significantly diminished over the last 5 years of business.
This particular case study shows what sales lifts can be achieved when search campaigns are combined with brand awareness display ads. For the same reasons we don’t miss a friend we’ve never met, we might also shy away from clicking on a search result for a company with whom we are unfamiliar. This increased familiarity showed real results.
